Book an online appointment

From Tuesday 07.06.2022 you have the possibility to make an appointment online with the UNSMIS.

These are online appointments (by Teams) lasting a maximum of 15 minutes with an UNSMIS agent. The calendar is open for the next 14 days.

You can do this directly from your eClaims account eclaims.unog.ch by clicking on Make an appointment

You will arrive on the dedicated page on which you can select the date of your choice and see the available times.

You will then need to provide your name and email address (to receive the Teams link to connect to the meeting).

Please also fill in your insurance number, as well as the type and reason for the consultation before clicking on "Book" to confirm the reservation of the appointment.

Once the appointment is made, you will receive a confirmation email. At the time of the appointment, you can connect directly by clicking on the button Join your appointment

It is not necessary to have Teams installed on your computer/phone. If you do not have it, by clicking on the link you will be redirected to the Team page to participate in the meeting from your internet browser. Do not forget to authorize access to your microphone and your camera.

If necessary, you also have the option of moving the appointment or deleting it by clicking on the Reschedule button in the email.
