- Should this period exceed 6 months, the treating physician must reasses the treatment after six months and issue a new prescription.
Failure to provide this information will result in the claim not being reimbursed.
Functional Rehabilitation Treatments are reimbursed at 80% up to a maximum of CHF 70 per session.
The Supplementary Plan is applied only from the 31st session onwards.
In addition the following are reimbursed under the same terms and conditions:
- Acupuncture and mesotherapeutic treatments for functional rehabilitation only if performed by a registered physician. (FMH in Switzerland)
- Long-term functional rehabilitation treatments
Please note that unless otherwise approved by the Medical Advisor a maximum of one session per day will be considered for reimbursement irrespective of ailments, sessions, time duration or cost in any 24 hour period.
