Access to CSC

The Client Support Centre is now located at Level 1 of Building H at Palais des Nations.

If arriving via the connected passage from room XXVII at Building E: once you reach Building H, turn right immediately after the card reader/turnstiles, where you will find the CSC entrance. This option is restricted to those with a UNOG grounds pass.

If arriving via the Plaza: you will enter the H building at Level 2 (main entrance). After passing through the card readers/access points, veer right and take the stairs on your right (or elevators immediately in front of you) down to Level 1. Follow the passageway and veer left, where you will see the CSC entrance straight ahead of you.
